The Vision of Bahujan Samaj Party is a casteless and egalitarian India, socially and economically developed, in which each citizen will get an equal opportunity to share the fruits of sustainable development.

The Mission of Bahujan Samaj Party is to make India the global leader by

  uplifting the marginalized and downtrodden sections of he society,  including the backward castes, scheduled      castes, scheduled tribes, poor women, poor farmers and the underemployed,

  accelerating the progress of the country ensuring sustainability and equitable distribution of the fruits,
 
  rooting out terrorism sponsored by religious fundamentalists, naxalites, secessionists, etc.,

  giving employment opportunities to the economically weak of the socially upper sections and religious      minorities,

  following a path of independent policy decisions in foreign affairs,

  making the country self-reliant in food supplies, defense matters, energy needs and information technology      and

  educating the masses about the anti-nation, anti-people, anti-farmer, anti-labour and anti-social elements in      power and their policies.
